I was born on September 11, 1968, the third child and youngest of my two older brothers, Deepak and Jagdeep Madhok, my mother Mrs Deesh Ishrat Madhok was a teacher and my father Dr. Amrit Lal Ishrat Madhok was the professor of Persian language at Banaras Hindu University.
My mother started her career as a teacher, and in 1972 she took the risk of opening her private school, the Sunbeam School. Today, the Sunbeam schools have over 50 branches throughout Eastern UP and are continually expanding thanks to the capable leadership of our three brothers.
In 1993–1994 I branched out from the parent Sunbeam schools and started our own Sunbeam School, which was initially located in Varanasi at Lahurabir and afterwards was named after my father Dr Amrit Lal Ishrat and all my group of schools were named ‘Dr Amrit Lal Ishrat Memorial Sunbeam School and Hostel‘ or DALIMSS SUNBEAM SCHOOLS The Dalimss Sunbeam group of schools currently proudly serves the community at Sigra, Ramkatora, Rohania, Paharia, DIG Colony, MohiniKunj and Rohania Hostel along with the NTPC Tanda at the Ambedkar Nagar district.
In 2010 a company called Dalimss Sunbeam Educomp Limited was established under an MOU with Dalimss Sunbeam Schools in order to respond to the strong demand that was felt as a result of our reputation in society and goodwill. This company was made to launch franchise or associate schools.
Today, with a growing number of 16 franchise or Associates Schools coming under the Dalimss Sunbeam Educomp Itd, we are cautiously moving forward without caring about the number game and placing more emphasis on quality and facility-based schools throughout Eastern UP and UP state, and finally Pan India.
The idea for BOB’S GYM first came to me in 1986 while I was in grade 12, and it took me nearly 10 years to finally launch my dream project of BOB’S GYM, the first and biggest gym in varanasi, which didn't have a single fully equipped gym until 1995. I started playing sports at a young age of 14, first starting with wrestling, then moving on to athletics as a shot put and discus thrower, and later transitioning to bodybuilding.
My first gym opened on September 11, 1995, at a location in Sigra. Since then, we have locations in Lahurabir, Hathua Market, Lanka, and Sigra Varanasi, with a variety of customers interested in the food supplements, equipment, and one-on-one training. To this day, all of our gyms are independent, and Hathua Market has nearly 15,000 square feet of training space.
We currently have a membership base of over 15000 members, making the bobs gym the largest and most well-known chain of gyms in Eastern UP.
In response to the need for skill- and employment-based education, I entered the field in partnership in 2016, and as of right now, we are working with state governments in the states of Assam, Meghalaya, Haryana, and UP through the DDU/GkY schemes, with centres in Shillong, Guwahati, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, and Varanasi.
With an emphasis on serving Pan India, many more will emerge in the upcoming years.
In 2016, I co-founded a platform called 24/7 Nyaya.com, which is a unique platform for serving the nation by acting as a link between the common man seeking justice and the lawyers practising in India. Through this platform, we carry out a special legal assistance programme for schools, institutes, and corporations to improve the working environment and assist with issues that employees encounter outside of the office world .

As a school going child since early childhood baba is a dreamer of bodybuilding sport and the glory of bodybuilders of all times, bodybuilding is a religion to him and with the wise support and expert vision of the godfather of bodybuilding Datuk Paul Chua the first agenda is to consolidate the consistent progress of the WBPF and uphold complete transparency and democracy in the federation without any discreet ion of caste , creed and nationality WBPF is a big family and it must grow bigger and stronger in future.
